Who We Are

Kinder Foundation is registered under the Laws of Ghana and provides services that promote healing communities for children in Ghana. We are a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, social workers, counsellors, nurses, pastors, and teachers.

We provide counselling and psychological support to help children go through life safely and successfully. We also conduct parent education, child development training, and research.

Kinder is dedicated to providing services that promote healing communities for children and their families in Ghana.

We exist to provide professional counselling services to help children go through life safely and successfully, and to conduct training and advocacy that promote healing communities for children.

Family Centred

We believe the child is part of a family. Sometimes children act out or develop problems as a result of living in chaotic situations, and therefore, part of any solution developed must take into account the role of the family and the greater community on the child's emotional well-being.

Client Centred

We provide services that are responsive to the needs of clients. Additionally, we will also work collaboratively with other agencies in order to better serve our clients and ensure comprehensive support.

Integrity

We firmly adhere to ethical principles of truth, confidentiality, and honesty in our thoughts and actions. The trust placed in us by our clients and partners is sacred and must be protected at all times.

Stewardship

We believe that the best way to express our gratitude to donors and sponsors is to spend their money wisely for the purpose it was collected, and to maintain all properties and activities in a responsible cost-effective manner.
